Japan ends whaling season with less than a third of quota

 

Sea Shepherd pirates for all the seas and mighty whale protectors latest anti whaling operation a huge success. Japanese whalers ended their whaling season short this year, failing short of its quota by 900!!!! Whales.

Every year Japan catches approximately 1000 whales for “scientific research” which is just a technical loop-hole for commercial whaling which has been banned for 25 years.

Most of the whales killed were Minke pictured below.
